Jamgon Palchok Gyaltsen
He was born in 1599 in the Earth Bore year of the tenth rabjung as the son of Father Choekyong Tashi and mother Athrid. At a very young age he arrived in Ngor. From paternal uncle Palden Dhondup listened to Lamdre teachings number of times.
Great abbot of Tsedhong Jamyang Kumga Sonam as the abbot and activity in charge khedup palden thondub and so on receiving of three words gradually received the fully ordination vows. From these abbot and preceptor and dangti namkha sangey, sharchen sherab jungney etc scholar and rother number of realised masters received number of precious teachings Lamdre and number of texts of sutra and mantra he did detail study through listening and contemplation. Having travelled to Dege in dokham for a long period of time he worked for the benefit of sentient beings and dharma. AT 69 years of age, in the fire sheep year he ascended upon the throne of Ngorchen Kunga Sangpo. He gave teachings on vast ranging topics related to sutra, mantra including Llamdre teachings four times and so on.
His disciples included zhalu khenchen sonam gyaltsen, thartse khenchen jamyang namkha palsang, khenchen lhundrub palden, zhalu khenchen sherab Gyatso, khenchen kunga samdub and so on number of disciples produced. During pig year, having appointed tharste je namkha palsang as his substitute abd organised the enthronement ceremony. He then remined in deeper meditation in retreat hut. Eventually, at seventy-five years of age in1673 of water ox year of 11th rabjung passed away peacefully.
