Jampa Tsultrim Palsang
He was born in 1675 in the wooden hare year of the eleventh rabjung as the son of Father OKunga Tashi and Mother Aakyid in Rabgang pf Minyag. He was given the name Kathubyal. At 7 years of age, came to Ngor. At Ludhing, he was given the name Tsulthrim Sangpo by Sharpa Yeshe Zangpo. At 18th year of age, Jamyang Kunga Sangpo as the presiding abbot, the novice monkhood was obtained and at 20 years of age, Sharchen yeshe Sangpo as the abbot and Jamyang Sangey Phuntsog as the action master and so on became a fully ordained monk. From masters such as Sangey Paldhen, Muechen Kunga Gyatso etc, in particular from Vajradhara Sangey Phuntsok received Lamdre five times. From Sharchen Sangey Tenzin lamdre twice and from the great abbot Sheyja Zangpo lamdre three marked by these and other knowable topics of sutra and mantra completed listening and contemplating. Completed meditational retreat on number of tutelary deities.
At 23rd year of age, he was appointed as the Vajraacharya of Evam Choedhen and at 29th year of age in the water sheep year, he was anointed upon the throne of Ngor Evampa. He gave inconceivable dharma including lamdre nine times, empowerment, oral transmissions, and pithy instructions. Disciples who maintained the lineage included mantradhara (ngagchang) kunga tashi, Thubten Khenchen Tsultrim Zangpo, Jampa Sonam Zangpo, Tharste Khenchen Namkha Samdrup, Jamgon Tashi Lhundup, Kupon Sonam Choephel, Minyag Konchog Gyaltsen and so on number of disciples ptoduced. His composition work included the biography of Sangyey Phuntsog, Collection of praises, Cpmmentary on Tantras and so on. At sixty sixth years of age, having appointed Jamyang Sonam GYaltsen as his regent in that very year of nagpa month on the 25th and in 1710 he passed away into Nirvana.
