Khedup Sangyey Palsang
He was born in 1699 in the earth hare year of 12th rabjung as the son of father amye thugje kyab and mother tashi tse in the place known as Do Kham Dhen gyi Jara (gonjo). Was given the name dorje drooled. At a very young age, from guru jamyang tenpei nyima got ordained. From terton rolpei sorje, dhenma gomchen kunga tenzin and minyag lachen kunga Zangpo and so on became fully ordained. From this abbot and khenchen tashi lhundrup, thartse namkha samdrub, kunga sonam rinchen, tenzin lhundrub, drubwang sangye tenpa, lowo geshe sona dramnag, khenchen paldhen choekyong, zhuchen tsultrim rinchen and so on did listen to and contemplated upon the meaning of number of key treatises including lamdre. At Sakya, studied grammar from the secretary kunga sangyey and came to be known as dhenma grammarian. At Dhen sa kar and deghe etc worked for the dharma for many years. Wooden tiger year, again returned to pal evam and studied dharma (listened to and contemplated). At Mue le lung, he was enthroned upon the throne of mue chen gyaltsen palwe. Gave and popularised precious lamdre teachings and so on. In Iron monkey year, was appointed upon the dharma throne of glorious Evam pa. Turned profound and vast wheel of dharma of precious lamdre teaching and so on. His disciples included khenchen sonam lhundrub, sharchen migyur gyaltsen, jamgon sangyey yeshe, lion of speech (mawei Sengey) tsultrim rinchen and so on number of fortunate disciples. Travelled to kham deghe and made connection with dharma king tenpa tsering as a patron of dharma. Appointed khenchen sonam lhundrub as his substitute. At last, in 1745, at 47th year of age, in the wooden ox year of 12th rabjung he passed away into nirvana.
