Khenchen Sonam Paljor
He was born in the mid of 13th Rabjung and around lateral part of mid-18th century in a place known as Mola Shi in Lithang. From a very young age he had firm foundations of positive qualities such as faith and wisdom. Entered the monastery of Ngor Evam Chodhen. He memorised the Always Required Seven Treatises and other texts.
Having dependent upon eminent masters such as Ngawang Phuntsok Dhondup, Khedup Kunga Sonam and Jampa Namkha Chimed and so on having received Three Vows, Precious Lamdre Teachings as the main and others properly undertook listening and contemplating upon a sea of ripening and liberating teachings. Having secured control over generation and completion stages of many deities including Shri Hevajra he became great vajradhara possessed with three qualities.
In the Wooden Rat year, he was appointed as the substitute throne holder upon the dharma throne of Ngor Vajradhara.
He led inconceivable number of disciples upon the noble path via three vows and number of ripening and liberating. Disciples also included Jampa Kunga Tenzin, Jampa Palden Zangpoand so on number of assembly of disciples. He is a great being having utilised proper means combined of dharma and politics his enlightening activities benefitted many sentient beings and disseminated dharma.
