Ngawang Khyenrab Jampal Nyingpo

He was born in the 15th Rabjung of the year 1868 in the family of younger brother of Ngawang Lodoe Nyingpo. From this eminent master he received Three Vows and precious lamdre teachings for both assembly and disciples and so on till the brim of a vase.

He was born in the 15th Rabjung of the year 1868 in the family of younger brother of Ngawang Lodoe Nyingpo. From this eminent master he received Three Vows and precious lamdre teachings for both assembly and disciples and so on till the brim of a vase. From Great throne holder Jigmed Wangyal and so on many teachers he heard number of empowerments, oral transmissions, and explanatory teachings. He underwent several meditational retreats of Hevajra and so on. He received recognition of the status of a scholar and a meditation master. Having been appointed upon the throne of Glorious Evampa he upheld the tradition of bestowal of Lamdre and so on so that these traditions are not degenerated.

Having travelled to Eastern Tibet he conducted dharma activities as requested by deghe dharma kings and many other eminent masters. At thromdogon he established Vajrakilaya Drubchod. Through Vajrakilay solely, he worked for sentient beings. This eminent master disseminated the teachings of the Victorious One through trio deeds of teach, debate, and write. Eventually, at 82 years of age, in the earth ox year of sixteenth rabjung in 1949 he passed away peacefully.
