Retreat centre

The Retreat Centre of the Glorious Ngor Evam is located on the way to Mussoorie. It is situated in an area beautifully surrounded by trees within Dehra Dun in India, the land of the Noble Ones. On the 15th of June 1990, a disciple of Akho Tulku known as Tobgye Ram, an Indian citizen of Tibetan origin made the offering of the place so a centre can be built to be used as a retreat place. Before the actual building of the retreat house (drub khang), for a few years there existed a tradition (pilot program) of the noble sanghas staying in retreat at the home of the dharma sponsor.

Retreats of other deities of the four classes of tantras has been taking place uninterruptedly to actualise the excellent and common attainments by the retreatants mentioned above. Retreats are ongoing these days.
